- Stephanie Hogg and Elizabeth Carroll were leading the way at the best of health awards 17th June 2010.
Stephanie was delighted to win the Nurse of the year award paying generous tribute to her colleagues in her acceptance speech. Elizabeth who was short listed for the customer service award said, “It was a fantastic achievement for the Hartlepool team to be nominated for two awards. As a relatively new provider to the residents of Hartlepool is a tremendous endorsement for our commitment to customer service excellence.

Sunderland Teaching Primary Care Trust has announced that two new GP Practices in Riverview Health Centre in Hendon and Pennywell Health Centre will be run by Peterlee-based IntraHealth from April 1.

West Cornforth recently hosted a visit from Prime Minister Tony Blair
and Radio 4's 'Today' show. The show was broadcast live from the practice
with the Prime Minister as a guest.

Friday, 2nd February, saw IntraHealth West Cornforth surgery in the
national spotlight as the Prime Minister, Tony Blair, chose the practice
as the venue to give a rare interview with John Humphrys and the BBC
Radio 4 Today programme.

On 30th June 2006 IntraHealth became the proud owner
of its first community pharmacy. The Company acquired West Cornforth
Pharmacy IntraHealth (formerly Stevenson's pharmacy, West Cornforth)
from Norchem Ltd. This marks a significant stage in our development
